While providing various business-to-consumer (B2C) insurance products, RSA also caters to business-to-business (B2B) needs with bespoke insurance offerings for brokers.
The standalone RSA Broker platform not only delivered a digital platform for RSA but also a centralized portal that catered to the needs of both brokers and the team supporting them. This site maintained the RSA branding and, to an extent, appeared indistinguishable from other RSA websites while utilising Drupal CMS for easy content management without reliance on external suppliers.
The quarterly reviews and updates allowed brokers to maintain independence in managing their website's day-to-day operations, with the platform thoughtfully designed to support their needs. This approach enabled a seamless user experience and empowered the RSA broker team to make necessary adjustments while minimising the need for external intervention.
