As a leader, I firmly believe in leading by example and practicing what I preach. My approach is rooted in the principle that businesses can be divided into two fundamental pillars: financial success (Money) and human capital (People).

Investing in people is paramount to my leadership philosophy. I prioritise nurturing talent, as it is often overvalued, and instead focus on hiring for attitude and training for potential. The long-term benefits of strong relationships and reduced friction are invaluable.

I emphasise that “soft skills ” are anything but soft and should not be overlooked in favour of hard skills. In fact, I consider them to be essential real skills that include:
